Justin’s practice focuses on defending insured in Complex Litigation matters, inclusive of specialty lines as well as Property and Casualty claims. In this regard, Justin handles Directors and Officers, Professional Liability, Errors and Omissions, Miscellaneous Professional and Fiduciary liability matters, as well as more traditional Property & Casualty liability matters for various insurers and their respective insured's. These range from medical and dental malpractice to various other types of miscellaneous professional liability matters for companies, entities or other professionals; tort claims, recreational injuries, product liability, premises liability and automobile injury cases.
In addition, Justin's practice consists of representing public and private employers in labor and employment law litigation and on providing preventive training and other counseling services to employers facing labor and employment issues.
