Doug focuses on representing public and private employers in labor and employment law litigation and on providing preventive training and other counseling services to employers facing labor and employment issues.
Doug is also a member of the Complex Litigation Group, focusing on professional liability, directors and officers liability, consumer protection, matters arising under the FCRA, FDCPA, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and other Specialty Lines insurance defense work.
