Multi-Plaintiff Employment Discrimination Defense
Lewis has successfully defended class actions and other collective actions relating to race, gender and age discrimination claims.

Labor Relations
Lewis focuses on defending employers in employment-related litigation and represents employers in traditional labor matters including unfair labor practice proceedings, representation cases, arbitrations and collective bargaining. He also counsels employers on day-to-day employment matters in order to help them avoid disputes that can lead to litigation. He works with a variety of employers including financial institutions, electrical utilities, and cities and counties.

Public Employment Law
Lewis has successfully represented multiple cities and counties in lawsuits alleging sexual harassment; sex, race, age, disability and national origin discrimination; and such constitutional claims as those alleging due process and equal protection violations as well as First Amendment freedom of speech claims.
