Profile
Lee formerly served as Senior Legal Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources for an Atlanta-based corporation. This in-house experience shaped Lee’s approach to providing preventive advice and counseling to employers on employment decisions. He also defends employers in a wide variety of employment-related litigation. Lee also represents clients nationwide on traditional labor law matters, including representation elections, unfair labor practice proceedings, arbitrations and collective bargaining. Lee has conducted numerous training sessions on a wide variety of employment and labor law topics.


Areas of Practice
Employment Discrimination Litigation
Lee has defended clients throughout the United States against claims of race, sex, age, national origin and disability discrimination.

Labor Relations
Lee has successfully represented employers in over 30 union representation elections. In addition, Lee’s practice includes significant experience in designing union avoidance strategic plans, assessing clients’ vulnerability to union organizational attempts, and assisting with proactive response plans for companies faced with union organizational attempts.
