Profile
Josh practices labor and employment law with an emphasis on litigation related to employment discrimination for both private and public employers. He also advises and represents management in traditional labor relations matters including arbitrations, unfair labor practice cases before courts and the National Labor Relations Board, union elections, contract negotiations, strikes, and alternative dispute resolution

Josh has successfully defended several national clients in cases brought pursuant to the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (including sexual harassment and sex and race discrimination), the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and related state tort matters.
MSHA Compliance
Josh has successfully represented mining clients in claims before the Mine Safety Health Review Commission in matters relating to compliance, audits and investigations, and allegations of discrimination and retaliation under the Mine Act.
