Elarbee Thompson was formed in 1973 by a group of attorneys who had practiced labor and employment law together for a number of years. The Firm remains dedicated to the exclusive representation of management in labor and employment law matters. Through years of providing excellent legal service, Elarbee Thompson attorneys have earned reputations for innovative, creative thinking that leads to bottom-line results for clients.

The Firm recently added a Complex Litigation Practice Group.  Our litigators have demonstrated the ability to handle complex litigation for clients in a variety of industries and settings.  We handle complex matters including professional liability, errors and omission, products liability, and class actions.

Although the Firm has continued to grow and to expand its service area across the Southeast and now handles client needs nationwide, it operates from one location in Atlanta, Georgia without the multi-branch overhead that many firms fund by charging higher hourly rates.
